By working with Concept Archidurable, you'll have every chance of obtaining planning permission the first time you apply.

If your application is refused on the first occasion, we will make all the necessary changes and submit a 2nd application at no extra cost. This 2nd application will take into account the changes requested by the planning authority, with the aim of obtaining planning permission.

Please note, however, that we are not magicians and will not be able to obtain planning permission for unrealistic projects or for projects that have been refused by the planning authorities and require a complete change to the project. Together with the architect, we will be entitled to propose an additional assignment for a major change to the project. Fortunately, our architects are there to advise you and guide you towards a realistic project that complies with your PLU and has every chance of being approved by your local council.
