First and foremost, it is essential to stress that the manufacture of our BTCS is based on key stages, which we will handle with rigour and expertise:

CONTRÔLE QUALITÉ

3 essential control points

BTCS bricks must meet strict quality criteria to guarantee their durability and performance in construction. Here are the main control points:

  • Compressive strength :

    Check that the brick supports a sufficient load (generally between 2 and 8 MPa) to guarantee the solidity of the constructions.

  • Water absorption rate :

    Test the brick's ability to absorb water to prevent erosion and ensure its durability, particularly when exposed to humidity (ideally less than 10-15%).

  • Mélange et stabilisation :

    Check the dosage of stabiliser (cement or lime), as well as correct compaction during moulding to optimise the strength and longevity of the material.
